In celebration of its 75th anniversary, the bank is giving out grants to several organizations which provide care and promote the inclusion of people with disabilities.
This donation is realized as part of the bank’s project “We’re Dreaming. We’re Changing” (“Сонуваме.Менуваме“), which is in its 3rd edition this year. A total of EUR 45,000 has been allocated for 10 organizations which support people with disabilities.
Charity concerts were held on 15th and 16th December, with tickets sold at a symbolic price of EUR 1.60 (MKD 100). One of these was also the grand celebration organized at Macedonian Opera and Ballet, where the popular sho 5+ Family (5+ Фамилија) put on a performance together with children with disabilities.
The organizations which will be supported through this project include Imago Plus from Skopje (НВО Имаго Плус - Скопје), Trisomija 21 (Трисомија 21) and the Daily Center for People with Cerebral Palsy Skopje (Дневен центар за лица со церебрална парализа). The EUR 45,000 allocated so far will be used to support the work of these organizations throughout a period of several months, or in regular instance long-term. The money will be used for the purchase of necessary equipment, training of staff or renovation of facilities.
