This summer, Montenegro got its first gym for the people with disabilities thanks to the Association for Support of People with Disabilities and their campaign "Live healthy, walk straight" (Živi zdravo, koračaj uspravno). Now, Societe Generale Bank joined their cause and bought a new device for the gym.

Gym users have constant support and assistance from their instructors and physiotherapists, and they also have a regular transport. Association's Director says that the results and the progress are seen, not only in users' motor skills, but also in their behavior. This once again proves how socializing and sports have a great impact on the inclusion.

The project was supported by the Ministry of Sports and now Societe Generale Montenegro, which bought a Body Analyzer - a new device that measures parameters and body composition which is especially important for the gym users with Down syndrome.

Besides this, Societe Generale Bank Montenegro bought a didactic equipment for improving teaching in schools and kindergartens, which is worth around EUR 12,000. The focus was on children with intellectual disabilities and autism. This project is a continuation of the last year's project, during which 24 educational institutions received new computers and didactic equipment.
