Banković family lives in difficult conditions - Jelena can’t work due to her medical condition and Dejan has asthma. They have two children that go to elementary school and pre-school.
The house where the Banković family lives is very old: the foundations are unsafe, the facade has collapsed and there is no bathroom.
Despite the difficult financial and health situation, Dejan and Jelena do not want to surrender - they want to provide their children with healthier conditions for growth and development. Currently, their income comes from social assistance and child allowance, from which they manage to survive, but that money is not enough for home reconstruction.
