Jugopetrol AD Kotor, owned by Hellenic Petroleum, the largest petroleum company in Montenegro, on occasion of company’s 70th birthday, April 12th, has donated modern portable ultrasound device to Kotor’s General Hospital. This gesture is homage and gratitude to the city where company was founded.
Portable ultrasound device will be used for in hospital coronary unit and it will improve examination and treatments of coronary patents since existing ultrasound device is immobile and located in Policlinic part of the hospital not being accessible for all patients. Donated ultrasound device will enable hospital to perform additional diagnostic procedures significant for patients that are hardly mobile, as well as fast diagnose in urgent cases.
Company already donated the same device to Podgorica’s Institute for Children’s Diseases at Montenegro Clinical Center (March 22, 2017) and after Kotor the same device will be given to General Hospital “Blažo Orlandić” in Bar.
Total worth of all donations is 65.000,00 EUR.
