To mark the World Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus Day , HISBAS - Hydrocephalus and Spina Bifida Association of Serbia will host a charity dinner on 25th October, at Ser Gilles restaurant in Belgrade. The tickets for this event are EUR 17 (RSD 2,000).
HISBAS is an organization which founded in 2011. by doctors and parents of people with hydrocephalus (accumulation of fluid in the brain) and spina bifida (spinal deformation). The organization works on improving health protection and quality of life for people with hydrocephalus and spina bifida, and its activities include primary prevention, providing support through different gatherings and experience exchanges, organizing counseling, educating school and kindergarten employees and many other similar activities.
The money raised at the charity dinner will help HISBAS continue and develop its efforts, providing even better support for people with hydrocephalus and spina bifida and their families. The dinner is organized by Dejan Savić, coach for Serbia’s water polo representation, alongside several celebrities from the world of music, entertainment and sports.
Apart from dinner, the ticket price also covers an excellent music and entertainment program throughout the evening. In addition to that, guests will also be able to take part in an auction of things donated by athletes, sports unions and artists from schools of design, and win interesting prizes in a raffle.
